Executive Chef: Riccardo Passini
Perfection! Executive Chef Riccardo Passini expects no less from himself or his staff while
creating authentic Italian cuisine for his patrons. Riccardo comes to the North End from
Italy where he attended Scuola Culinaria di Albano Roma. He has worked and traveled
extensively at resort locations in Morocco, Thailand and Tenerife. As you dine at
Ristorante Fiore be sure to sample some of his artisanal specialty: handmade pasta, rustic
breads and old world dry cured meats. He only asks that you remember to savor his food
with the same passion with which it was created.
