Ristorante Fiore may be a fairly new restaurant but it is the culmination of many years of hard work and big dreams. Since the tender age of twelve Fiore Colella dreamed of owning a restaurant in the spot where Fiore now stands. As a young man he would walk by 250 Hanover Street and think of the possibilities that lie within the music store that stood there. When the space became available Fiore jumped at the opportunity to live out his dream and open Ristorante Fiore. With its three distinct dining rooms and outside rooftop, Fiore created a casual dining atmosphere that appeals to people of all ages looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Dreams don’t always come true, but for Fiore hard work and a passion for food has been the catapult that led him to making his once improbable dream come true.
